WINE COURSES
Our tutors are not only WSET® approved but WSET® Level 4 Diploma in Wines and Spirits graduates. They are professional and experienced corporate trainers too who use their knowledge and skill in modern training techniques to add the WOW factor to their wine and spirit courses and events.
Open courses are held in Leeds, Chesterfield and York yet we also have the capability and flexibility to hold in-house corporate courses or bespoke entertainment at any location within the UK or abroad! Be it grape growing, wine making or styles of wines, their aim is to make all aspects of the courses easy to understand and absorb.
FOOD AND WINE
Wine School of Excellence will also teach you the basic principles of food and wine matching in our wine courses! We have chefs prepare ‘FRESH FAYRE’ to complement the wines of the day for our students to truly learn first hand. We do not sell wines, therefore, have no 'shackles' so we are able to select a diverse and 'independent' range of wines and spirits from around the world for our courses and events that truly reflect the grapes, terroir and regions styles.
